Breakfast Caramel Rolls

Sweet, buttery caramel rolls with a hint of cinnamon and pecans, perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 18 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 box butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Place pecan pieces in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Arrange the frozen dinner rolls evenly over the pecans.
  4. Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan.
  5. Add brown sugar and cinnamon to the melted butter and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle the butterscotch pudding evenly over the rolls.
  7. Pour the melted butter mixture over the rolls and pudding.
  8. Let stand overnight (8 to 10 hours).
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  10. Immediately turn the pan onto a serving plate to invert the rolls.
