A hearty baked breakfast casserole layered with eggs, cheese, bacon, broccoli, and bread, perfect for family mornings or brunch gatherings that crave comforting flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 (1 lb.) package frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 loaf white bread

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  2. Whip the eggs and set aside.
  3. Cube the bread enough to cover the bottom of the pan with a good layer.
  4. Place the bread in the greased pan.
  5. Add the frozen broccoli, cooked and drained bacon, and the egg mixture on top of the bread.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the mixture.
  7. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
