Instructions
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Whip the eggs and set aside.
- Cube the bread enough to cover the bottom of the pan with a good layer.
- Place the bread in the greased pan.
- Add the frozen broccoli, cooked and drained bacon, and the egg mixture on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
