Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 16 oz. ground sausage
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Line the bottom of the pan with slices of bread, removing crusts.
  4. Cook ground sausage in a skillet and drain off all fat.
  5. Set the cooked sausage aside.
  6. Beat 8 eggs in a bowl and pour over the bread in the pan.
  7. Sprinkle dry mustard over the eggs.
  8. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the eggs.
  9. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the sausage.
  10. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over the cheese.
  11. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  12. Remove foil and bake until brown, approximately 5 minutes.
