Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. brisket
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and rub on all sides of the brisket.
  2. Place the brisket in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight, turning the meat once.
  3. Wrap the brisket in foil and place in a deep pan.
  4. Bake for 3 hours or until tender at 300°F.
  5. Brown the brisket on the grill before serving.
