Turkey & Beer Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey ⓘ
- 1/2 Red Onion, chopped ⓘ
- 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped ⓘ
- 16 oz. Can Red Beans
- 16 oz. Can Black Beans ⓘ
- 16 oz. Can Garbanzo Beans ⓘ
- 1 Can Jalapenos, chopped ⓘ
- 1 12 oz. Jalapenos Chili Beer or regular beer with added chili spice ⓘ
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder ⓘ
- Red Pepper, Salt, and Pepper to taste
- 28 oz. Whole Tomatoes, cut ⓘ
- 28 oz. Tomato Puree ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped red onion and garlic; cook until slightly browned.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients: red beans, black beans, garbanzo beans, chopped jalapenos, beer, chopped red bell pepper, chili powder, salt, pepper, whole tomatoes, and tomato puree.
- Bring the mixture to a light simmer.
- Adjust the water or simmer time to reach desired consistency.
