Ingredients

  • 2 beef steaks (chuck, flank or round)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 pkg. beef and broccoli seasoning or stir-fry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef steaks into thin strips against the grain.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and other vegetables, if using, to the skillet.
  5. Pour in the beef and broccoli seasoning or stir-fry sauce, soy sauce, and water.
  6. Stir well and cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
