Tips & Substitutions

For a more vibrant flavor, consider adding sesame oil when cooking or garnish with sesame seeds before serving. You can substitute the broccoli with bok choy for a different texture or use frozen vegetables if fresh ones aren’t available. If you prefer a protein boost, add tofu or shrimp to the stir-fry. Adjust the soy sauce to your taste preference, especially if using low-sodium varieties.

Serving Suggestions

This stir-fry pairs beautifully with steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal. For a lighter option, serve it over a bed of greens or alongside a fresh salad. It also complements dishes like Sweet And Sour Meatball Salad or Teriyaki Tidbits(Excellent With Beef, Chicken, Pork, Shrimp). Top with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor and crunch.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover stir-fry can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply stir-fry in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, adding a splash of water or broth to keep the vegetables from drying out. Avoid microwave reheating if possible, as it can make the vegetables soggy.
