- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, chopped onion, thawed and drained chopped broccoli, melted margarine, salt, and eggs. Mix well.
- Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
