Ingredients

  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup green or red pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 large cup cooked broccoli
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded ham

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, then drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Add chopped celery, onion, and green or red pepper to the cooked macaroni.
  3. Cook broccoli flowerets until tender, then chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Add mayonnaise, sugar, cubed cheddar cheese, shredded ham, and chilled broccoli to the macaroni mixture.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
