Ingredients

  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. hot water

Instructions

  1. Combine hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, and chopped onion. Shape into balls and place in a baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, hot water, and ketchup to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  4. Bake at 350°F until the meatballs are cooked through, about 35 minutes.
