Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli and spinach until tender, then drain.
  2. Place the cooked spinach and broccoli in a 2-quart flat baking dish.
  3. Mix the cream of celery soup, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sour cream together.
  4. Pour the mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
