Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Beat eggs and add all other ingredients to the beaten eggs.
  3. Pour excess butter into the mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the buttered baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
