Broccoli Fromage

Ingredients

  • 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 oz. Bleu cheese
  • Ritz crackers (10 crackers, approximately 2/3 c., crushed)
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli and drain.
  2. Melt margarine; blend in flour and salt, then add milk and cheeses.
  3. Heat just until hot and mixed. Put broccoli in casserole; top with hot sauce, then sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  5. Serves 12 to 16.
