Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli until tender and drain.
  2. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, grated onion, beaten eggs, grated Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Fold and mix the ingredients well.
  4. Layer the cooked broccoli and the sauce in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
