Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 or 3 green onions
  • 3 oz. cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli in chicken broth for about 5 minutes.
  2. Saute onions in butter.
  3. Mix flour in milk.
  4. Mix all ingredients except cheese.
  5. Stir over medium heat until smooth.
  6. Add cheese; when melted, serve.
