Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fresh broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the broccoli.
  2. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and chopped onion. Blend in the cooked broccoli.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Melt the margarine and mix in the herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the cheese.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
