Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red pepper, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts

Instructions

  1. In a saucepot, cook broccolini in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes; drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook garlic and red pepper in olive oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the cooked broccolini, lemon pepper, oregano, and white wine; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts before serving.
