Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 c crushed corn flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, crushed corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties.
  4. Place the patties on a broiler pan.
  5. Broil the patties for 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve hot.
