- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the margarine.
- Add the milk chocolate mini chips and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, then add the sugar and eggs. Stir until well blended.
- Add the flour and stir until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into a cupcake pan lined with paper cups, filling 24 large or 36 mini cups.
- Bake until the tops look cracked, about 20 to 25 minutes for mini cupcakes and 25 to 30 minutes for large cupcakes.
