Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 10 oz. milk chocolate mini chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the margarine.
  3. Add the milk chocolate mini chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat, then add the sugar and eggs. Stir until well blended.
  5. Add the flour and stir until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a cupcake pan lined with paper cups, filling 24 large or 36 mini cups.
  7. Bake until the tops look cracked, about 20 to 25 minutes for mini cupcakes and 25 to 30 minutes for large cupcakes.
