Ingredients

  • 8 oz. crescent rolls
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place crescent roll dough in an ungreased casserole dish.
  3. Sauté sliced mushrooms, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until tender.
  4. Set the sautéed vegetables aside.
  5. Lightly beat the eggs.
  6. Cook and scramble the eggs in additional butter until just set.
  7. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the unbaked crescent roll crust.
  8. Layer the sautéed vegetables and diced ham over the eggs.
  9. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the crust is golden brown.
