Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz. or 2 1/2 oz. Buddig smoked sliced beef or ham

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, grated onion, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce until of spreading consistency.
  2. Separate Buddig meat slices.
  3. Lay out five slices, slightly overlapping, on an 18-inch piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Lay out two more rows to form a rectangle of Buddig meat.
  5. Spread with the cheese mixture.
  6. Roll up as a jelly roll, using foil to bring up the meat at the beginning of the roll.
  7. Use fingers to roll until complete.
  8. Chill.
  9. Just before serving, slice into 1-inch slices.
