Ingredients

  • 2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. oats
  • 1 c. cornflakes
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder; then mix into the creamed mixture.
  4. Stir in oats, cornflakes, pecans, and chocolate chips until evenly combined.
  5. Drop by teaspoon onto a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
