Ingredients

  • 1 c. bulgur wheat
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Put bulgur wheat in a bowl.
  2. Add boiling water; let stand for 1 hour.
  3. Drain the bulgur and return it to the bowl.
  4. Add chopped onion, chopped celery, drained kidney beans, drained whole corn, chopped bell pepper, seasoned salt to taste, and Italian salad dressing.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
