Ingredients

  • 12 oz. butterscotch morsels (melted
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)???
  • 2 c. graham cracker mix crumbs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt the butterscotch morsels and butter together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs{??} and chopped pecans.
  3. Press half of the crust mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy and smooth; add the Eagle Brand milk, egg, and vanilla, whisking until fully incorporated; pour thisfilling over the crust in the pan. Add the remaining crust on top and bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool before serving.
