- Melt the butterscotch morsels and butter together until smooth.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs{??} and chopped pecans.
- Press half of the crust mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy and smooth; add the Eagle Brand milk, egg, and vanilla, whisking until fully incorporated; pour thisfilling over the crust in the pan. Add the remaining crust on top and bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool before serving.
