Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes (15 oz.)
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 small cabbage, cut up
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute meat, bell pepper, onion and celery until brown. Add other ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Simmer until cabbage is done.
