Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 medium can green beans
  • 1 (20 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, fry onion and garlic in butter over low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and stir until blended.
  3. Add tomatoes, thyme, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and Tabasco sauce.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Add green beans and heat through.
