Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
  • 4 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet or pot.
  2. Add chopped onion and chopped pepper; cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in tomato soup, catsup, and drained kidney beans.
  4. Simmer the mixture for about 20-30 minutes to develop flavors.
