Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (4 oz.) bar white chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Instructions

  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add white chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts.

  5. Combine 1/2 cup flour and pecans, stirring to coat; set aside.
