Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans Chinese vegetables, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 2 cans vegetable soup

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot.
  2. Saute chopped onion and sliced celery in the same pot until tender.
  3. Add the tomato soup, vegetable soup, Chinese vegetables, and sliced water chestnuts to the pot.
  4. Cook peas in a small amount of water, drain, and add to the mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and add a little Worcestershire sauce if desired.
  6. Simmer until flavors combine and vegetables are cooked through.
