Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 3 small onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 small bunch of celery, chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger with onions and flour in bacon fat.
  2. Add celery, kidney beans with juice, and tomatoes.
  3. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Serve on toast or cooked rice.
