Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 Butterfinger
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually beat in the flour mixture.
  6. Stir in 1 cup white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread batter in a lightly greased 12 to 14-inch pizza pan or 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
  8. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes or until lightly browned.
