Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1/3 c. long grain rice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can chopped mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Brown chopped onions and rice in margarine.
  2. Add water, chicken bouillon cube, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add chopped mushrooms.
  5. Salt the cavity of the capon and stuff with the prepared stuffing.
