Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 large jar baby strained carrots
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together the eggs, soda, salt, strained carrots, sugar, cinnamon, flour, oil, and nuts.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
