Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour mixture into an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for one hour or until baked through.
  4. Drain fat from the pan and let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn onto a hot platter and slice to serve.
