Carrot Raisin Bread

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs with an electric mixer until very light and frothy, about 2 minutes.
- Add sugars and continue beating for about 3 minutes.
- Blend in Butter Buds.
- In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the egg mixture, mixing well.
- Stir in shredded carrots and raisins.
- Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or Pam.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
