Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil the carrots until tender to your taste.
  3. Drain the carrots.
  4. Place butter in a skillet and melt over medium heat.
  5. Add the drained carrots to the skillet with butter.
  6. Stir in Dijon mustard and brown sugar until well coated.
