Ingredients

  • 1 cup rosarita beans
  • 1/2 cup Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 1/3 pint sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 to 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 pound cooked hamburger (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay ingredients layered on a large platter.
  2. Start with a layer of rosarita beans.
  3. Spread sour cream evenly over the beans.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes over the sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle Cheddar and Jack cheeses on top.
  6. Add chopped olives as the next layer.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish the top with chopped green onions.
