Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 (2 1/2 oz.) packages dried beef, chopped
  • 4 tsp. diced onion
  • crackers and breadsticks

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, saute pecans in margarine until golden.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream and garlic powder; mix well.
  5. Stir in chopped dried beef and diced onion.
  6. Spread mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with toasted pecans.
  8. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes or until heated through.
  9. Serve with crackers and breadsticks.
