A comforting cauliflower and broccoli bake with cheesy, creamy flavors, seasoned stuffing topping, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup crushed seasoned stuffing
  • 1 medium broccoli
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, butter, crushed seasoned stuffing, chopped green chilies, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Fold in the cauliflower and broccoli, gently tossing to coat.
  3. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a casserole dish.
  4. Mix remaining stuffing with 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the vegetables.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the bake during the last 5 minutes of baking if desired.
