- Brown the ground chuck in a skillet and drain well.
- Cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat, pasta, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, mushrooms, black olives, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Add chunks of mozzarella cheese on top and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place pepperoni slices on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
