Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. hot sausage (Jimmy Dean)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 large jar mushrooms
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce (30 oz.)
  • 6 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. rigatoni noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine the hot sausage, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and cook in a skillet until browned.
  2. Cook and drain the rigatoni noodles.
  3. Mix the cooked sausage mixture, cooked noodles, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, water, and sliced pepperoni in a large bowl.
  4. Place the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 3 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
