Ingredients

  • 3 cups celery, sliced diagonally
  • 10 oz. package frozen peas
  • 2 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 1/2 oz. can sliced olives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Put celery and butter in a 2-quart casserole, cover and microwave on High 4 minutes.
  2. Add peas, stir, cook on High 5 more minutes, stirring once.
  3. Stir in drained olives, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on High 2 more minutes.
  5. Serve in a pretty white bowl.
