Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. softened margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. corn flakes
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 c. oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
