Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco
  • 1/4 cup soybean sauce
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pound crayfish
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Chop onions, bell pepper, and celery.
  2. Melt margarine in a pot; add chopped vegetables.
  3. Saute the vegetables until tender.
  4. Add crayfish; squeeze lemon juice over crayfish.
  5. Sprinkle with Tony's seasoning.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
  7. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of onion soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and soybean sauce.
  8. Simmer for another 20 minutes, covered.
  9. Serve over rice.
