Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chipped beef
  • 3 chicken breasts, split
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Place chipped beef in a 10 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Lay the split chicken breasts on top of the chipped beef.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, undiluted cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese until well combined.
  5. Pour the sour cream mixture over the chipped beef and chicken in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 2 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
