Chaucktau Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar ⓘ
- 2 cups flour ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda ⓘ
- 4 eggs ⓘ
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon cocoa ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons cocoa ⓘ
- 1 12 cups pumpkin puree ⓘ
- 1 12 cups oil ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar ⓘ
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine ⓘ
- 4 ounces cream cheese ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon milk ⓘ
Instructions
- Beat eggs and add sugar.
- Beat well.
- Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon cocoa, pumpkin, oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Cool.
- Mix powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons cocoa, butter, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Add pecans.
- Frost cooled cake.
