Ingredients

  • No. 303 can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef in margarine.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in the flour and seasonings (seasoned salt, salt, lemon pepper).
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and tomato sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the cooked noodles and drained green beans; toss lightly.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased shallow baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
