Ingredients

  • 1 deep pie shell
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Toss the shredded cheese with the flour.
  2. Add the milk, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg; mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the deep pie shell.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until set and golden.
