  • 1 1/2 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the inner pan of your bread machine in the order specified by your machine's instructions.
