Ingredients

  • 1 box macaroni and cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions, then set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion until the meat is browned and the onion is tender, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked meat, prepared macaroni and cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
